Technical innovation is a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of Dongjiang Environmental. Paying great attention to technology R&D, the Group sets up an independent R&D center at its inception,which has now formed a relatively perfect R&D management system including innovative talent introduction and cultivation, innovative R&D organization management, institutionalized management of technical innovation, information management, etc., and DJE also has built laboratories for multiple fields research such as heavy metal resource recycling, industrial wastewater treatment, industrial waste harmless treatment and disposal, municipal waste treatment and environmental remediation. The R&D team is mainly constituted by multidisciplinary engineering and technical staff from environment engineering, chemical engineering, bioengineering, metallurgy and mining, and machinery, etc., and the key R&D employees are industrial experts, having won national, provincial and municipal science and technology awards for many times.

      R&D mode

      The Company has set up the technology innovation system based on enterprises, oriented by market/production application, and combining industry, college and institute, successively cooperated with Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Graduate School, Tianjin University and Hefei University of Technology, etc. for industrialization whole-process development of scientific and technological achievements including technological development and market-oriented application, etc., and successfully created an innovative development mode of industry-college-institute partnership featuring Dongjiang Environmental characteristics.

      R&D platforms:

      (1)R&D platforms identified as national level, provincial level and municipal level

      The Company, paying high attention to set up enterprise technology platforms of high starting point, high level and high quality, has established Guangdong Province Hazardous Waste Recycling and Harmlessness Engineering and Technical Research Center, Shenzhen Enterprise Technology R&D Center, Shenzhen Post-doctoral Innovation Base, and the Heavy Metal Recycling and Control Technology Joint Research Center co-founded with Tsinghua University, to promote R&D and industrialization of each technology.

      (2)Pilot bases

      The Company, actively proceeding with industrialization research of technology, has established three pilot bases for heavy metal waste recycling technology, organic waste recycling technology, and industrial wastewater standard treatment technology, aiming to provide engineering verification for industrialized application of new process, new technology and new equipment.

      (3)Testing platform

      The advanced testing platform possessed by the Company is equipped with international advanced testing facilities such as atomic absorption spectrometer, ICP, gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), infrared spectrometer, and large power drilling machinery geoprobe. The Company can carry out over 1000 tests in water quality testing, gas testing, soil and underground water testing, solid waste testing, environmental test, etc., and is leading in the environmental protection field, especially in identification, analysis and detection of hazardous waste;The company has currently obtained 755 items of CNAS qualification certification including water, gas, sound, soil and solid waste.
